WILLIAM L. PRATHER, A.I.A.

Mr. Prather is a native of Springfield, Illinois. As a graduate of Springfield High School, he left central Illinois to pursue his education. He returned to Springfield to re-establish his roots and begin his career. He is active in numerous professional and civic organizations.

Prior to the formation of Prather Tucker Associates, Inc., Mr. Prather was a Senior Project Manager for Wight & Company. For over seven years, he was responsible for the technical aspects and production of their Springfield branch office. Before joining Wight & Company, Mr. Prather worked for Fischer-Wisnosky Architects, Inc. in Springfield for more than 12 years. His responsibilities included project management and serving as Director of Computer Aided Drafting Systems. Mr. Prather has a total of over 20 years of professional experience.

Mr. Prather is primarily responsible for Project Management, production and technical aspects of Prather Tucker Associates, Inc.

MARK K. TUCKER, A.I.A.

Growing up as the son of an Architect, Mr. Tucker has been around design and construction nearly all of his life. While studying Architecture, he paid his way through college working as a construction laborer during the summers and various vacations. This background has provided Mr. Tucker an understanding of the implications design and detailing have on the ability to effectively construct in the field.

Prior to the formation of Prather Tucker Associates, Inc., Mr. Tucker was a Vice President of Wight & Company and the Regional Director of their Springfield, Illinois branch office. Joining Wight in1994, Mr. Tucker opened the Springfield office and steadily grew the business achieving annual revenues in excess of $2,500,000. He was responsible for all operating aspects of the Springfield office. Mr. Tucker has more than 23 years of professional experience.

Mr. Tucker is primarily responsible for administration, Client Management and Business Development of Prather Tucker Associates, Inc.
